Wife and I fancied somewhere with some land with it and I started looking, we were looking for woodland and most came with paddocks, fields etc
The land here is 7 acres of woodland which was perfect. The actual windmill was/is a mess. Not been lived in for 4 years no heating damp moldy etc so we got it for steal, 3 years here now and intend to start some major works next year now we have damp and mold under control
Looking forward to treating you and Ex when celebrate the first £1 reached :)

I emptied by bank account a couple of weeks ago to stick here and I've ended up using some of my over draft
Just £900 and I have a perfect credit good job etc etc
Interest is just over £1 per day. On the face of it looks small but that's over 40% per year by my math
