I'm afraid we must have listened to different Podcasts , there was absolutely nothing I mean nothing in there to give any firmer indication of anything moving forward, infact he is hopeful of an IPO in 2026 ! That to me does not show confidence and yes I know he has to be careful what he says but nothing new IMHO.

If you listen to every podcast the bloke has done over the years they are almost identical in that it's always tomorrow, personally I'm gob smacked he had the front to take on another company of which we will pay for . He failed to address the terrible SP and the long suffering PIs and instead pedaled the very same rhetoric that he has always peddled.

As iv said before I'm a stubborn bugger and very fortunate to not need the cash right now so that is an even longer wait but please anyone new do not be surprised at the next dilution to fund Cliffs salary ! There's not many more correct CEOs on AIM

Well one thing is for sure my 8p isn't coming anytime soon. Will now be forgetting about this one for another year, I used my ISA allowance last year in a Speculative high risk managed product from a Well known online bank and its bloody made 25% , crazy how this has been so damaged by Cliff and his greedy team . F..k you TEK !

Amy I agree with you in emotions and that will never change in investing , the point many of us will raise here especially those iof us who in all honesty have been here far to long is that history tells you there will be without doubt multiple dilution of TEK in order to fund a new venture, yes in 5 yrs this may be scalable but how much dilution will have taken place by then . The only way this changes IMHO is a stellar IPO so reasonable cash can be released but that unfortunately is looking more and more doubtful. I'm a stubborn fool and will probably still wait for an 8p exit which may not now arrive for a while

Amy are you seriously saying he won't raise money for this new venture , come on you know his track record . Most of us would much rather he turns a decent profit and dividend on the existing portfolios and not branch off Into another 5 yr multiple cash injection venture . This sort of stuff will cost 100ks

Wonderful , so another raise is imminent I would suggest to support his new venture when his existing ventures he allows to falter . I can only see this hitting an already shocking SP

Sir Mark I have to say even I'm now losing faith in the IPO , I perhaps wouldn't but tej complete radio silence is stating to speak volumes unfortunately

It's not particularly a criticism Bad , I'm in the same boat really and hoping that Guidant would take us to at least 8p , many of the LTHs including me will be gone around the 8 to 10p mark I would suggest . Iv always thought the company have had great ideas and innovations but I have had a deep distaine for Cliff for too long now , talk about shafting PIs he's the best at it on AIM imho

Well I guess those if us that have been round a while will know that's a distinct possibility, I'm hoping that a decent chunk of the latest raise will support ongoing day to day activities for a while longer ?. If he does raise again before the IPO then I recon it will be the point where many of us that are nursing a small loss will bid farewell and remember it fondly as a learning period . Anyway I'm still holding out for the currently illusive 8p !!!

We really should have had some update on the IPO but patience as they say .

Good to see SirM , I'm loaded and awaiting the 8p+ mark . Hoping that we can as you say go double digits but it does need to see some forward momentum on the IPO fairly soon I would say . Also good to see Salt holding as I'm a small part player their too but currently subject to a small loss , I'm sure with some new contracts and stronger revenue that will head back to the dizzy post IPO heights ! Interesting in terms of the ongoing discussions at government level , HE1 do seek to he struggling to make this situation work for them though . I would have hoped Rukwa JV could have been expedited on this global shortage but we have radio silence from Lorna which is at best disappointing

Let's hope so SirM, this has been a tricky few years for me navigating ins and outs and tbh I'm still down but very much in at this level . I still need to see over 8p to start making decent money which I'm sure can be achieved. I'm.made no secret in the past that Cliff is for me the breakdown here
