Lamens terms anyone ?
Sellers not confident in the IPO....well done Cliff
Lord that will all depend on the details of the IPO, valuations and it actually getting the take up it needs . It will also depend on the detail around rights for TEK to be able to off-load a portion at an early stage etc . All up in the air but atleast it seems we are close .
Trust the product always have but have no trust in Cliff im afraid
Thanks top
Morning Top , good balance and your right we don't actually know . However if he had some gumption he would be on video explaining what's going on ! And whether he took his bonus or not
So Cliff needs over million quid to get the IPO done , Jesus they either have some.massive orders to fill or they have royally fu..ed up there balance sheet !. On one hand it's good no raise but if this IPO doesn't come off and come off well I think TEK under Cliffs reign burns out big time .
The IPO better be worth it !!!!
Bad , I'm afraid iv given up second guessing as iv been wrong on many fronts. The overly optimistic side ofe hopes it's to get guidant a massive contract or at last get the shocks over the line .
Iv become very realistic about Cliff though over the last six months and I think he's messed up big time , he's done and should let someone else with more drive , ambition and integrity take over
Wish everyone all the best
Bell basically a distant memory for TEK , Cliff lining his pockets again . Or just maybe we are getting a five pound Amazon gift card as a special divi 🤣
Prob Cliff
Seriously when Is cliff going to p..s off ! Utter sh.t at the helm . Oh never as he keeps getting his fat juicy pay and bonus
Jesus here we go again
Can't come soon enough IMHO, I still think 20 is conservative but given the state of where Cliff has dragged us I'll take it !
My fear is any decent positive move on the market cap and sp will be heavily sold into from people who have lost faith in Cliff especially if the proceeds are not dished out , even a small amount would help build confidence
The more I think about it the more I can't see that Lucy would jepodise their position which from the optics looks fragile without clearly knowing this cash is coming back quickly, it just wouldn't add up otherwise
I would say so Top , at the end of the day Lucy wouldn't be shelling out that loan if they didn't think it's coming back in quick order as they themselves aren't exactly steaming ahead . I think the IPO is very close .
Jem im.not disputing it's a bad state of affairs to have to borrow the money and yes the SP will fall next week but might I say your perhaps a tad pessimistic
If this actually gets the float done bring it on as im sick of waiting for it
The only positive is that the IPO seems closer thank the Lord . 600k may feel like pittance in a few months once Microsalt has floated , well let's hope so
The leader needs the boot but I won't go over that ground again no point
Only another six days like that and I'll be back in profit 🤣
Accieslad, I'd personally not worry too much about the table salt wide of things although I do still see it as the real better tasting alternative to normal salt , the real market is alluded too at the end of the RNS..... onboarding the large National and multinationals for inclusion in snacks .
We all know that's the market
Love your optimism Castle , Merry Christmas 🎄
Well nothing much going to happen here now till next year so I wish you all , I mean all ...ok not Cliff a very Merry Xmas and a healthy New Year
Cliff is an utter disgrace , total embarrassment he should hold his head in shame ...but if course he won't as he's still getting his bonus and for what we all ask
This is rapidly heading the same way as NNN and the crap they had at the top were no different.
This is no longer in the bottom drawer it's now in another chest of drawers all together ! Roll on some sort of re rate next year even if only we see 12p again many of us will go if he's still at the helm
