Yes, another contract signed in the good old USA . That�s 4 contracts in 3 months I think. Starting to roll.

Overreaction, very good time to buy. This is about the profit warning. When they split the business the price will go back up. Hopefully a takeover will happen up to �50 �52.

Red Tom, good post I reckon shire will be taken over in the next few months especially with the added lower corporate tax applied to overseas earnings in Trumps tax bill.

Notice that the confrence in the USA in January that is now been put on 1spatials website under events, has the state of Michigan and Kansas using 1spatials software. Great move forward after getting the fed and Arizona and Nebraska’s transport contracts. Now I know why the sp is edging up and funds buying in.

Azine will be quite happy for a takeover to amerge as that’s what they do. Invest then sell on. Their website is quite interesting as they are in secondary transactions they have quite a few investments in companies some of which they have realised by takeovers. Also some of the it companies they are invested in look very interesting.

Very interesting Ameriprise who own threadneedle asset managers have more than doubled their stake in 1spatial. From 5% up to almost 13%. Blimey something is in the wind.

I reckon 2018 will be the year that 1spatial comes of age. I know it has been a long road with ups and downs for shareholders. I suppose it�s the old thing with any company it�s about the timing of when to buy which is down to luck in many cases. If you have a company which has a bit of a niche or head start in a new area, ok maybe not new but about to go forward with new tech areas and not much debt then your on to a good bet. As I�ve said in the past 2018 will be the year.

Part of the 30million buy was in fact a sell by liontrust investments 81 million now 73 million. This is just fund managers tweaking thier portfolios. Good to see the price holding up between fund managers and market makers.

Don�t worry small investors get nervous and move the sp I am sure this is buying and selling between fund managers. There has been to positive news to make a general sell off if it goes lower which I hope it does ( wishful thinking ) I will be buying again. 1 % in the bank or wait and gain 100% at least. Over the next year. Even then I will not sell.

The next rns will just state who has bought and sold . Very interesting that over the last 4 months there has been solid institutional buying. These guys see the massive potential. Alls that I want now is one or two USA states to buy for thier transport infrastructure. Then you will see this share start it�s upward journey.
