Oldabutnotwisa, The contract is on 1spatials website under news. It just has not been put Out as a RNS yet. I�m very happy about the contracts that they have won and extended. All looks well to me for the future, all good companies start off small. Hopefully they will grow. I think the latest figures out in May 24,5th will be a big indicator were the company are heading. I see they have got another contract from the European Union satellite centre. But haven�t seen an RNS. If the low share price was dictated by Tens of millions of shares being disposed of I would worry and sell. But that�s not the case. Just very small investors. May 25 th will be the turning point as I expect a profit on the books. I hope! Wish I could buy more but now have 1/2 million so sticking. And I�m a small investor.

I reckon on on 30 cash 70 equity. Top price 43 pounds then they will be gazumped by a bigger shark who may offer about 48 pounds. Remember it�s just a guess.

Actually 1spatials debit level is quite ok and exceptable they can raise cash quite easily if needed. As to the share price it�s only small investors that are sending the sp down I have more shares than you can see on the latest sheet. And I�m a small investor. Also big data is vey significant why do you think the likes of northern gas, Northumberland water use thier software. Maybe you think they can store it in a filing cabinet.

Am I wrong or are the rns just disclosures meaning that all investment companies etc are required to let the market and Takeda know how many shares they have in shire?

One thing going for Takeda is that in Japan annual yields on borrowing is about 0.34 % whereas in the states it 3.8% and Europe is 0.89 % so Takeda would be borrowings at a very cheap rate.

This is beginning to look very interesting takeda have position in shire. I would love to know what Japanese banks Takeda are talking to concerning any potential buyout of shire. It would be great if a suitor from the states jumped in then the share would skyrocket. Wishful thinking by me!

Didnt know takeda Ireland actually has a plant in Ireland, so think that this whisper about possible approach may be true.

On the 24th of May I expect that 1spatial shares will start the journey upwards . Based on the assumption that the company will at last start making profit.

I see part of the drop is attributed to Roche.

It�s very interesting that this share has fallen so much over the last month or so. Not a massive movement of shares. Are they now in a vulnerable position for a takeover! Having said that the price will still be up to 50 for a takeover to happen. I reckon it�s now oversold.

I�m expecting more contracts over the next four months. Any buys under 5p is in my opinion cheap. 10p by November is my prediction. Even then I won�t sell as I fully expect 1spatial to be gobbled up by the Yanks.

Very very true bought glencore brokers said they were going bust so sold at 66p lost a grand now look at glencores price. Never trust a brokers note they just want sales don�t care about anything else. I reckon the banking sector will start moving north from here on in. Standard in very good position .
