Think I will wait before buying.

Yes, it’s a hard call, but my thinking is that the sp as a entry point could be about 11 to 1150 , so I will wait ,at least we all are of the same opinion that the sp is still to high. Still a very good company to be in for the future.

Couldn’t resist having a look, obviously a great company, but you would get added risk with exchange rate fluctuations between the dollar and pound.

That I don’t know. I have my stable of shares which are AstraZeneca,gsk, Oxford Biomedica and horizon discovery which keeps me on my toes. And can’t have too many fingers in to many pies, my brain wouldn’t cope. :-).

If the results are very good I will buy straight away . Then sell next day on the assumption the sp will rise. That’s the plan , if they are not good I will wait for my low 800s

Personally Investing in gold now is a definitely no. Gold price is high. I use to work in the gold mining industry in west Australia and obviously use to dabble in gold shares so am aware.
I should of bought gold when it was 730 an ounce , but hey ho.

582 sold @ a profit is a profit . :-). Decided not to get greedy, having said that I did well.
Now wait and hope that it drops at sometime back to about 810. This will obviously depend on the results if they are still not making profit then expect a knee jerk drop. Here’s hoping.

Yes you did good any profit is always great. Now wait for a drop back to low 800s.

What’s wrong with this site. The sp headline is 860 go on the buys/ sells it’s about 830. Anyone with an explanation please? I’m sure it’s just me being dumb.

As I said on the 23 July and in previous posts the div has been cut. Expect the sp will start dropping to my entry point now, although it will take about a month I suspect.

If it gets vaccine approval I can easily see it pushing £10 plus, remember they don’t have a big share issue. Also they have received 15 million upfront from AstraZeneca and if the trial fails they still retain the 15 million, so that’s a win. They will also get paid for production if it goes ahead which will be more than cost. AstraZeneca carry nearly all the risk . If it works the sp will land in the clouds somewhere. :-).

Healthcare side has about 22 consumable products whilst Phizer has a lot more, which will make them the biggest healthcare consumable companies around.

When the GSK splits into two different companies ie the biopharma side which makes vaccines and drugs, and the healthcare side which will be 68% owned by GSK the rest by Phizer, which makes painkillers , toothpaste, etc, etc.

Obviously the original dividend will be less from the bio side but you will get a dividend from the healthcare side which will be one of the biggest healthcare companies on the planet.

This is part of the reason The vaccine side has been buying into other companies ie Vir , curevac etc. Best thing to do is read the past RNSs
