People just go back and read all the info from when they were drilling last time. If you then trust DW after that then you you deserve whatever losses come your way. Problems will always happen with drilling but you absolutely have to be able to trust the CEO and this guy has been leading people up the garden path for quite some time now.

Not a good week and it would seem people have lost confidence probably because the shorters would seem to have been right. Not necessarily for their stated reasons because there is oil and it is coming out of the ground. Sadly yet another problem with a well (there always seems to be something) has opened the door for them. Todays Q & A should have been put out last Friday and perhaps it could have steadied some nerves but that RNS was always going to have people jump ship in large numbers. For those who believe in this company we have yet again got an excellent buying opportunity but they better get this well sorted otherwise there will be a bloodbath regardless of all our other oil fields potential.

I see DM is at it again, after all the shenanigans he pulled during the first drilling effort he should have been under investigation. To do it again is unbelievable, not that I believed for one second he was going to be able to get a rig down mud tracks in the rainy season. I seriously doubt this rig was ever going to be used but it was a great way keeping people interested. But hey we had great helium shows, eer not so much but we will drill a second well next to this one and show a vid of us swimming with helium bubbles and that should raise the price and allow all our friends out and what's that the helium has now disappeared oops never mind.

Good grief I called it a cluster last night and sadly it appears I was right. Every well this company drills has problems of one sort or another and now we have another one. This needs a big company to come in with tons of experience to sort this.

That is not a good update, 200 barrels of oil a day means there is a long way to go before this can be called a good update. Lots more questions need answering and the shorters are going to have a field day for the next month or so. The fact they left it until this half day trading with the New Year break coming also tells a story of if this is good or bad news.

Have to say I am not enjoying the ride at the moment, this is rapidly turning into a cluster. Can only hope something bigger is going on in the background that is stopping announcements. These financial results should have been out ages ago, now they are all tangled up with the flow test at the last possible moment. Not good.

Good spot re Alkaid1 if I remember right there are a couple of other wells that could be re-entered. Everything is focused on this flow test for now and what will have to be an update in the next two days. I am not quite sure what Olderwiser was putting across with his water v fracfluid piece other than maybe the flare does not give a full indication of what might be coming up the well. Anyhow surprised by the pull back today.

Happy to be corrected but how come on the Notification of holdings on 17th Aug 21 it says 168M odd shares held. Then buys another bunch this year. As I said very happy to be corrected.

Art has over 50% of all current shares.

Shouston have a look at the number of shares the Art owns, he will have more than a considerable say in what happens with the company.

ART has a great deal more than 2M shares.

I am not sure it has been updated yet but as of the 16th Dec the North slope was still closed to off road travel, not enough snow depth and ground still not frozen to the right depth. So not able to start snow roads/ice roads.

Very interesting Brom, I have no doubt it happens as its very easy to spook investors especially on Aim. It will be very interesting to see the results of this case as there are some very big so called reputable companies named. However, I am sure the sell on news regardless brigade has something to do with it!

I am not sure about buying the dips as this has been one giant dip for me, absolutely awful year SP wise for this company, not helped by huge periods of radio silence from the company. You have to make an effort to keep holders on side, especially on aim as a patience is extremely limited for most, who are after a quick buck.

No Alex they are not, NDA's are legally binding between those signing up to them. Each NDA will differ as to what is being discussed, looked at, by the parties and do not mean that all information has to stop being given, just that agreed. They are mostly used when JV are being discussed or takeoffs or takeovers. They come in front of shareholders.

Just need ART to start delivering on some more production and a JV. Hedge being removed is a good start and there is a lot going on in the background. So early next year is going to be critical for this company.

cbaron if companies are in discussions over JV or similar and a ND is signed then a ND overrides the requirement to inform us.
