Good evening Ian _, hope you've had a good day. I feel something strange has happened today and have a feeling that the big RNS could land at 7 o'clock Monday morning 21st (shortest day?). I'll be at work all day and would struggle to contain myself but this year has been a good lesson in patience. I don't think that I'll be on here much until then as I can see where it's headed.

GLG, I have a Limited Company which is an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) which is set up to hold property. It was all arranged by my accountant but it's great as I can offset costs and expenses against tax. My children are also directors and share holders, and this will help reduce Inheritance Tax when the time comes.
This isn't intended to be advice but to let you know there are many options out there.
