The RNS needs a thorough read through but from what I can gather it is a massive get out clause for Uniq. Certainly one I have not seen strctured in this way before. SP may well carry on its upward creep - news will almost certainly be in tomorrows financial press and the day traders may well fancy a punt. If as you say the shareholders approve this could really motor.I shall swot up tonight.

Those trades of 3 and 5 are MM code for end of day SP now would that be 35 or 53p Ref MM's they still on the bid?
