I would add to that very good 10.44 post that the amalgamation of the companies in terms of rent, HO overheads, buying power, flushing out tiers of duplicated management, established financial services (MA has already openly discussed his wish for this) and overall prudent management are compelling. I have never heard of such a thing and I have run companies trading on merchant services (credit cards) for 20 years. If a merchant services provider does not like the financial standing of a company they simply up the commission or tranasaction rate. They do NOT hold merchant service holders (flybe) funds - money straight to FLYBE A/C and their fees are extracted monthly or quarterly on report by DD. There are many many card service providers that would bite there arm off for a contract of that size. I dont buy it....
