I believe that unless the BOD announce some substantive, stabilising information pre market tomorrow that suspension is highly likely pending clarification.

Pearls - I was there too in DEBS. It hurt financially and taught me a harsh lesson. This is going EXACTLY the same way. I cannot see any other solution.
