I think it was a speculative increase last week , but a very understandable one. Add it all up and it looks like a perfect storm on the horizon. The lack of order RNS’s is frustrating , and a bit surprising TBH , but I remain 100% confident that things will pick up exponentially very soon. The story remains the same but the script is being constantly rewritten and playing in to ITM’s hands. A little more patience required.
“Build it and they will come” , or some such quotation. Factory/factories and orders I’m hoping. They seem really confident , let’s hope legs are paddling frantically under the ultra calm surface.
Jzchat. This is an extremely volatile share. Most of us are betting ( everything is a gamble ) that the SP will go up. Some go for the other direction. Not a problem. Personally I think prospects have never been better , no need to go in to all of the opportunities or forces at play for the Nth time. Given your comments I would be interested in your end of 2022 SP prediction?
Jzchat. It really isn’t that speculative. You are the speculative item here , mainly about bubbles and SP crashes. IMO you are swimming against the tide , one wonders what your motivation is to do so. Great industries are not born or built overnight , SP’s do not go up in a straight line. Two very simple facts to consider along with everything else.
I’m not sure “proposing” is quite the same as “committing” , certainly not in terms of RNS requirement. I don’t think Linde or ITM putting out an RNS stating that “Linde reckon they’ll need a shed load of ITM electrolysers some time soonish “ would be due to legal requirement. That doesn’t mean that a similar conversation hasn’t taken place , even around a boardroom table. The point is , your customer won’t be able to get them if you’re not in a position to make them. The way things are going , fortunately/unfortunately , they will be wanted in rather large numbers it seems. Some orders would be good though......
Good move Cureboy. Play with a few , bank the bulk. Wish I’d played a few yesterday , getting the timing right would have made you a fortune. Unfortunately my crystal ball is a bit cloudy on this one at the moment.
Bilbs. Understanding your concern re lack of orders I feel I should ( reluctantly ) put you in the know. I don’t like to name drop ordinarily and won’t reveal my sources but here are the verbatim minutes of a discussion that took place in April last year. GC meeting with an unnamed senior government official:
GOV: So you reckon you can help?
GC: Yep.
GOV: Does it work?
GC: As sure as eggs are eggs.
GOV: Things are looking pretty bad. Brexit has screwed us , Nuclear isn’t an option and we can’t trust Trump or Putin.
GC: Its a real balls ache.
GOV: You said it. How much can you make?
GC: Got our new factory coming soon. That’ll do a Giga.
GOV: Peanuts I’m afraid. We’re gonna need a shedload of these things.
GC: Leave it with me. When are you thinking?
GOV: Pronto.
GC: Sure thing. Will you tell Bojo?
GOV: Not just at the moment. He’s got his 3rd dose. Too much with the parties.
GC: Labour and Starmer giving him grief.
GOV: Not quite what I meant. Good luck with the planning , have to keep it under your hat for the moment.

Okay , so I take the other half to a 2nd opinion dentist appointment about 1345 , get back at 1730 fearing the worst and my share account has recovered over £50K (mainly ITM obviously). Anyone want to sponsor her future dental treatment so we go out more often?
Can’t see a war as such. Who’s the winner with that one? The boys involved are too big ( hopefully). This is small bloke syndrome, Putin trying to prove he’s a man , showing he can do it and therefore needs to be taken seriously. Apologies to all small blokes but you know what you are...... sweeping statements? ...... who? , me?? Tend to agree with Takayama though.
