If Atrato Partners the replacement for the useless triple point are any where near as good as they are at SUPR then expect a decent move on the share price. Into the 70s and an increase in the dividends. They look to be able to deal with the parasol and my space problems. I am still adding.

All interest fixed at an average of 2.74% with an average of 8 years to run. One smallish loan finishes in 2028. So a fall in interest rates will not directly effect SOHO.

The most important thing to happen with SOHO was the replacement of Triple Point with Otrato. Looking at just how good they are at SUPR and how they had been building the social housing team at Atrato well in advance of taking on SOHO. If they are as good here as they were at SUPR then expect a significant share price move. I expect a few sales at NAV as well.

The £19 million comes from the sale of the Tesco store. Didn't spend it all or any on the french supermarkets.

They are certainly being proactive. Hopefully not giving up REIT status.

I read his posts but rarely act on them. In this case I did put a very small amount in. I think I need to average up. Nothing big not even an average size holding.
