Stillwaiting ok I know where I was getting confused, the RNS referred to ABAL PLC and there's a Abal Group Ltd registered too with Angus Forrest as sole director https://companycheck.co.uk/company/11727593/ABAL-GROUP-LIMITED/companies-house-data and then the website https://www.abalplc.com/directors refers to it as ABAL GROUP PLC (in the footer)

So I think you might be onto something with the 'Group' meaning they're looking at acquiring multiple companies.

If this works out well then my investment here could be worth millions or if it doesn't it could be worthless.

How do you know there's Abal news shortly.

Also you previously said it's Abal Group Ltd when it's actually Abal Ltd. Can you see if Group was previously mentioned and they've changed this...obviously the Ltd company was registered back in December. Obviously you were reading into the group thing as if Abal are to be a holding company to lots of companies under a group structure. Obviously it's a company name so doesn't make much difference really.

I'm with Africanskies but have been called a deramper and how dare I deramp a share I'm in? So deramping a share you're NOT in makes it right does it lol?

I personal haven't a clue what's going on here and am still annoyed they sold the bloody business. We have a cash shell with £1m if all works out and 6 months to make an acquisition. That £1m won't last long and there will certainly be a few cash calls in the next 6 months going on the history of this share. Certainly a cash call for an acquisition if it happens.

I will say that if Angus didn't have a suitor lined up to reverse takeover before selling IMTK then it's a poor move for shareholders. If he does already have a deal almost done and dusted then fair play. But if he's sold the business we originally invested in and has only just started looking or another company to buy then extremely bad show indeed.

I'd say if I was sitting on the sidelines not invested here it's a good punt at these levels. Wish I was in at this level lol but averaging down now is futile for me unless I chucked another £20k or £30k in lol

It's hardly on the move it isn't even above 0.90p ffs. I still have an average around 1.8p and said I'm not chucking any more in. Still very high risk here and I don't like to have money in AIM shares for 12 months waiting or anything ffs

I'm no expert on it but no it when I smell it

Trading pattern is saying this is on a descending wedge so not looking good from a technical perspective. What you call deramping is what I call trying to have a balanced view of my investment/gamble here

Connor I doubt Vin Murria will appear again. That's just pure unfounded speculation and ramping. Trying to start a rumour. I doubt you know anything more than me, which is nothing about what's going on here

Connor sounds like insider information you're trading on? The rest of us shareholders aren't aware of any investors lining up or if all is going good or bad. This information needs RNSing.
