All sells today besides the latest trade which I know is mine because I just took another sneeky tranche of £600 worth.

The only question now is, with a company stopping communicating with its shareholders and not imparting the plan, do we sell now or if it goes liwer to 0.2p as cash continues to deplete with expenses of finding a deal. Anyway are interims due soon?

Adrianuk - I'm afraid you if contact them you'll just get the same as us - they can't tell you anything, won't even tell you if a deal in mind, if a deal is imminent, just to wait for RNS (which may not come), they're giving nothing away because imho there's no clue. As shareholders we should have a plan by now. This is why UK stockmarket shoud be more regulated. A cash shell can go to like this for 6 months then the cash in gone, delist or cough up around £6million to stay listed. We know £6m isn't going to happen.

As I said you guys have your selves to blame if you didn't vote against the asset stripping / sale of the business, in favour of "a new business" that will "deliver more returns to shareholders". How can this be when they don't even have a suitor in mind - if they did it's "RNSable". There's clearly no plan here or we'd know it by now...not even a plan stating what type of acquisition or if we're close to a deal. It looks like another AIM cleancut wipeout transfer of funds from PIs to BoD. This should be a thing of the past now in the UK stock market. It's completely unregulated.

Foolagold07 - you are correct. Happens regularly in this unregulated AIM supercasino and the odds are always weighted towards the house, as can be observed in this instance.

Adrian can you let us know how long he tajes to respond? The very least AF owes us is an idea about how long positive news will take...even if he says day, weeks or months...the way this has gone I'm really not impressed. And none of you voted against the sale of the company as I did.

Julian I agree I have lost my touch and will pull all of my money out of the markets and put it into gold. It's the only safe investment now.

At least it finished flat, can't understand someone selling 100k shares at 0.78p though. I hope that's not me selling at the end of the month at 0.78p or less! Come on AF get your finger out and update us!

Well you were saying someone call AF...why not just do it yourself? Why should those with more shares do the work? I have to work extra hard now to make back the money I'm down here so no time to call AF lol

Stillwaiting I keep accumulating too it seems rude not to at these cheap levels. If AF et al pulls this off then I'll make a small fortune with the number of shares I've managed to bag here. Some call me crazy but you sometimes just have to go on your gut. And deep down my gut is telling me this will be explosive if it happens and a big group is formed. Fingers crossed.

AF reputation on the line here

Took 3 tranches today 0.83p and 2 x 0.82p while spread was 0.77-0.82p. Now at 0.82-0.85. Share doesn't like being too low for long. Not many cheap shares available it would seem. We need comms from the BoD then this should fly. If the BoD continue to keep us in the dark about the plan though this will sink. It's binary bet at the moment.

Just calculated my average as 1.68p. Grrrr over 50% down on this dog. Can test sell huge quantities so that's promising though.

Can test sell 950k shares now in one go. This is the most I have in any one account so can't test sell any more. Does anyone have a higher quantity than that in a single account that they can try a test sell on?

I've just been trying test sells in various quantities. You can sell 850k shares at once! Anyone in this knows that is unusually high for this share! There's still hope I think and this is a double bottom!

The share price continues to drop with no clear plan this is going to the wall which is what I thought for weeks now. I told you selling the business was a bad idea. Terrible company to be invested in. A punt gone wrong and awful lack of communications from the BoD. Even stillwaiting seems to ha mve lost hope here and stopped posting.

Still no director buys at these levels. BoD seem happy for this share price to sink to 0.4p. No plan. Share holders told nothing.
