Still no TR1?

Connor a 10 million mcap seems about right - I'm looking for a 10 bagger from here and have longer term target to profit at least half a million quid from my investment here. Whether it will happen...whos knows. But it's good to have a target and exit strategy.

2nd of November 2018 circa 14.5million share RNS threshold crossed for 8C. Price just before was between around 1.5 to 1.75. So I'd say their average is no less than 1.5p but I haven't looked back at when they bought their previoua shares to reach that quantity. I'd guess their average is much high than 1.5p since the share price has been much higher previously.

Look on the imtk rns tr1 for 8c when was it? What was share price at the time? It should give us an idea of share price they bought at? Currently out or would check

So what's with that buy after close yesterday? Someone scrambling to get in? Unusual for this share.

That's IMTK - is it still relevant? Where's the TR1 for the recent big 4million buy/sell (probably sell)? What is Treacy's track record like? I like what you said Connor anout 29th March being the latest they'll probably appint new CFO. I reread the RNS and that makes perfect sense to me now. I didn't realise at first. But it's logical isn't it. They can't run a company for long without a full board anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if acquisition news and new CFO and additional new director or directors to replace AF become known by 29th March. Not long to wait now? :)

We only have until August to make acquisitions Connor. 6 month clock started around beginning of February I believe.

Connor if I sell then I lose at least £25k at this point so much better for me to hold. I'm quite certain in my mind that in a few days, weeks or even months this will come good and be at least over 2p short term. I'm just getting a bit impatient tbh. Like you said mate it's just a matter of holding on. I've always done well by averaging down if the price went against me. With BPC, MATD recently I've done very well. I do love AIM but it can be nerve racking at times. In fact most of the time.

It's ok I'm managing to hold on for at least another week or so now. Managed to refinance some other assets etc.

Thinking of having to sell my shares tomorrow maybe as might need to take some cash out of the stock market :(((

That's good Julian. Selling at bottom on this share was a bit silly though you agree? Got to learn from mistakes. I've done it loads in the past. You can't blame the market but own your actions....I admit AIM does suck though.

Looks like a worked sell to me on the 1st hence the price drop that day or false Mms mark down which coincided with the RNS stating 2 directors had stood down..anyway I picked up some cheap shares that day so I took advantage and an happy I did. Looks like overhang cleared now...so 1p is imminent imho.

Where is everyone? Low volume day but blue day. Not many loose shares available now?

Do you know what maximum amount of shares you can buy at once is? Can test sell up to 600k shares.

How much is everyone holding now and what average at...for those who don't mind disclosing?

I think a million share trade could send this over 0.90p. Not many shares available now...mostly in sticky hands.
