I think this discussion in just highlights we don't know what's in free float really and the need the AF and 8C to at least break even - unless brown envelopes involved which I doubt.

Sorry Connor I might have miscalculated there. Could you currently liquidate £80k now i.e. you currently own 10% of company with current mcap £820k or is your investment now worth based on calculation 2.75p (average price you paid) divided by 0.815p (today's current share price) = 3.37. Then divide £80k by 3.37 making current investment worth about £24k or is it worth £80k in today's miney so originally put in about £270k - surely that can't be correct?

News - I've amended your post with more current figures if you don't mind? Still not accurate as we don't know if Vin Murria or Octopus are still in? Eight Capital invested £250,000 average about 1.7p so today's money about £120k. Octopus Inv approx £125,000 [Extrapolation of no of shares] I don't know the average they paid? So I'll leave figure at £125k. Angus Forrest,ex-CEO£150,000 at 5p so today's money about £25k Scully said £55,000 - average 1.44p so today's miney about £31k Connor said £80,000 [Just a bit less than 10%?] - average 2.75p so in today's money around £24k. ------------- £325,000 out of a mkt cap of around £820,000 ======== Leaving £495,000 in free float but not sure about Vin Murria TR1 stake as declared via IMTK RNS then [new name Abal]

News - you don't seem to have taken into account that Angus's investment is now worth about 80% less so about £30k? 8C's is worth about half so £125k. My £55k now only about £30k, etc. So your figures are way off?

The 6 month clock in which to make acquisitions started ticking early February for this share.. so we only have until early August. Then it's £6million plus to stay in AIM. That's about 5 months from now. It isn't much time...it's either going to multibag in that time or hit the wall. It's ultra high risk at this point and ultra high reward...it could x5, x10, x50 bag from here. £50million market capitalisation isn't unlikely in that timeframe with the right people on board and the right deals..more likely x10 bag from here within a few months I think imho dyor gla.

I got somewhere between 3.5 and 4million shares, 1.44p average. Soread over mine and partners accounts.so not tr1. I know connor ypu said you still hadnt been asked for a tr1 in december when you add around 4 million shares. Based on that I wonder if octopus won't be asked for one??

I'm hoping to take a £500k profit here. Could multibag quite quickly just on big industry players being announced as BoD.

Original average was just under 2p and I originally bought my first tranche around 2.04p if I remember correctly.

I haven't worked out my average recently but I'd say it's around the 1.47p mark maybe 1.45p

I have more like £55k in ABAL now. I've been picking up little tranches including my £400 today as and when dividends come in from other investment.

I would be very surprised if news didn't come before 29th March. I would query though why Angus stepped down at the end of February without a replacement already being in place. I would expect that Angus is fully confident that he's left his £150k investment in good hands.

I'm getting the feeling now news won't be long. It only takes a leak for this to multibag
