Jim the reason why I am 100% convinced that the major is still in negotiations, can be found in the following part of the RNS contained in Potter's quote: "The company with which we have been in exclusive negotiations has elected not to extend further the period of exclusivity, which means we will receive no further exclusivity payments." The predicate: "The company with which we have been in exclusive negotiations has elected not to extend further the period of exclusivity..." Followed by the outcome or consequence: "...which means we will receive no further exclusivity payments." Please note: the outcome or consequence is not that the major walked. And this would certainly have been stated if it was the case, as it's market sensitive. Notice keywords "have been" and "exclusive negotiations" in that sentence. Now remove "exclusive" and read the sentence. This shows the negotiations are still ongoing and that exclusivity will just be removed after today. If negotiations had ended the sentence would have read something like: "The company with which we have been in exclusive negotiations has elected not to extend further the period of exclusivity, which means we will receive no further exclusivity payments and negotiations have ceased." Or "The company with which we have been in exclusive negotiations has elected not to extend further the period of exclusivity, which means we will receive no further exclusivity payments and the major oil company and BPC are no longer in negotiations"

Degsy check out the Google My Business reviews on this. They are from a month ago etc. Not a good sign. It seems to be bouncing off low 0.60s but I'll watch and see next week. But if that low 0.69s doesn't hold where is it dropping to?

Kapkina being a shareholder you're ok to email and phone the company to ask if Potter will be doing a video soon. IMHO this needs a conference call where shareholders can put forth their queries. But wasn't going to happen this week with exclusivity still in place. Remember with a positive RNS (next week?) this could rocket to 3p range which has shown strong support in the past. Then fill the gap from 3p to 6p. On deal our learned resident ex professional trader said 20s. If so that means a 10 bagger in the making from here. I think the big losers who have panic sold should stop posting here now. We, the new blood, want BPC up without this negative karma stinking up the place :) A strong buy IMHO GLA DYOR

What price will findraising be at? 0.18? 0.15? 0.30? How much dillution? I had another good look today and thought it looks ok then researched some more and think the 0.60s support could maybe break next week You never know..be safe people IMHO

I'd be really careful with this share. Could just as easily go back to 0.18p you could have 70% of your money scooped out in a day. For £10k invested you'd only have £3 left and then you'd be crying. IMHO This is already showing aigns of weakness. It jumped from the low 0.60s where supporting seems to be but then only up 10% :/ Not great for the potential downside. Very risky IMHO. Don't just think of the upside, think of the downside too IMHO Bad reviews on Google Reviews - have a read.

I find it strange how none of you have called out the derampers who were saying this would be sub 1p by today.

As you’ll well know if you’ve read my posts, at this moment in time I think your pessimism is well wide of the mark. In fact I think unless you have an agenda to spread gloom and misery, for what purposes I don’t know, then I’m not sure why you are here?

Everyone is entitled to their opinions, lots of people have made comments cautioning not buying in because they feel more positive news is required. Most, if not all people though, have gave a reason for their positive/negative outlook, you on the other hand haven’t. You have posted things why you think the major has walked but omitted some key contextual words, those omissions are key to understanding what was actually said. The major has not walked. 

The major has decided to not continue and pay for the ‘exclusive nature’ of negotions. This is does not say say begotions are over, only the exclusive nature of them. This is plain and simple English, this can not be disputed. If you can not read and understand English then investing is probably not your strong point. 

If you know and understand Oil & Gas you know very well major oil companies rarely risk everything on new frontiers on their own. The cost of Deep Water Horizon is estimated at $65bn, this was largely shared between BP and Anadarko, with the majority on BP. Another one of them would sink all but the very biggest oil companies in the world and even the very big ones would have some serious existential questions and serious restructuring and asset selling, as has happened with BP. 

If you are bitter from losing some paper profits I can understand but this is not the time to try and spread misery, because it’s not true. 

These are exciting times, they are. Now the shackles are off on the NDA & Exclusivity news could break at anytime. I don’t know when but it could, a week, a month, 3 months - who knows?

When this is done and over and if it goes wrong I’ll be one of the first on here to admit it, but this is far from done and buried. Very, very, very, far from done and buried...

The only thing that has happened is the major has said it doesn’t want to continue the exclusive nature of discussions. That is all that has happened. The fundamentals and reasons for investing remain as strong as ever.

Ollie if the major had walked they would have had to have state that in the RNS. It's market sensitive information..simple as that. And the market agrees hence why we're at current SP not sub 1p i.e. pre-exclusivity prices. Hence why I've filled my boots on Tuesday and holding tight to my BPC shares. Lovely to get in at this 70% discount and looking at how many more buys than sells all week many, many agree woth Scully :D IMHO

Good luck for next week to all genuine holders. Don't let the doommongers and bitter posters get you down this weekend with their gibberish posts and nasty remarks. Learn to take a profit people instead of dishing out the hate. Don't take your pain out on the new blood.

This board today has become a mockery once again with anyone who dares to believe in the company they're invested in being called a ramper. Peel back the scales on your eyes people. We are not anywhere near the 1p you predicted by Friday. You hate the company because you didn't take profits. Take responsibility for your actions. You bought high and sold at 1.63p. Don't take it out on the new blood - the new investors here like me. IMHO. Anyone who said 1p by today should rack off mate Looking cheap. Strong buy IMHO

Notice the 1.9355p 500 trade signal earlier through NEX. Market makers siginalling "gap the stock" for the believers. It's a buy means gap up? ;)

Nico - what thing fell through? Do you mean the exclusivity wasn't extended? If so how is this falling through? Do you know something we don't because it states nothing about anything falling through in the latest RNS
