A RNS needs to go out. They have a limited timeframe because market sensitive information in now in the public domain from the press and we aren't officially aware of via RNS!

I usually trade but with ALBA I've always held and never sold a single share. This is simple because I'm positive it will rerate soon and when it does I don't want to be kicking myself and mossing that train...been there done that too many times before.

There is no guarantee that this work will lead to a binding contract.

They aren't doing this yet - there was talks of a possible deal that they said might not come off. Is the cat out of the bag that the Lithium deal is done too and there's now a JV on place?

If so there definitely needs to be a RNS and this should be explosive news and take the share price well over 1p!

Icarus69 - why would this go down following this newspaper article? There's no new information in it (well besides the one positive we'd assumed anyway)..share price has already "bottomed out" if you under technical analysis and charts.

So to clarify from Teeling's alleged words below, there's nothing in there we don't already know and one piece of information we assumed but we're exactly sure of i.e. the proposal is with cabinet - so this is "RNSable" and a big positive.

I don't agree that newspaper always print facts lol. They sensationalise for people to buy newspapers and write to cater for their target audience. Don't be naive. It's you who's the fool.
