I for my part recently topped up a modest amount in my SIPP.

Bayne's are ramping up the competition for Greggs in Scotland.

No surprises this has tanked but I bought in when it was at circa £35 per share and will hold tight as I believe Silver will once again be in for a big rise.

I bought into this during last Friday’s dip and will be monitoring it for another dip.

Also bought into Wisdomtree silver ETC too and silver is one wild ride , and don’t get me started on platinum .

The Silver price is slipping again and down to circa £37 per oz UK prices and is at $50.08 at my last glance, and therefore no surprise HOC has dropped.

If like me you have bought in on the previous 8 week silver rally, then expect a wild ride as Silver is always been the wild cousin of gold.

That said, I have no intention of selling my HOC shares and may see how the dip goes today with a view to buying more.

This is a very divisive company, especially from an investment standpoint, and I think a lot of people are clinging on to the time when the share was £30+, but I doubt we will see that again.

My concern is the continued expansion of the stores and their estate , as the sales are slowing and I wonder if they can justify the continued roll-out . Yes the logistics hubs need to be completed to support a more efficient distribution and also the re-fits/ refurbs are necessary, but I do wonder would it ease investors minds if the company were to put the new store roll-out on hold?

Regardless of my concerns, I am going to hang on to my shares as the dividend is consistently paid and is generating income for my S&S ISA.

I am hoping you are right and they are exceptionally busy and just cannot find the time to sign off the accounts, rather than the accounts not being a pretty sight and they are holding off publishing them.

We are very much at the rough end of the market when investing in companies like this!

I've bought Silver via the Royal Mint Digi Gold and Silver service and will soon be transferring money into a SIPP to purchase into Silver ETFs.

I actually don't fancy owning physical silver at home because that then means I have to have a go at selling it myself because that would mean having a go online and if you have ever sold online, privately, you will know there are lots of cranks, tyre kickers and test pilots out there!

I bought in at 7p back in July and but it's going to be a slow burn this one and no wild ride, that's for sure.

As it stands, there's lots of ifs, buts and maybes attached to what is ultimately a hole in the ground right now but one that has £28mn of government backing.

That said, I am going to hang on and see what comes of it.

I bought in at £3.40 in September and was worried I had overpaid and was really buying on the increase in the price of silver.

Glad the price is where it's at today but hold on to your hat because this could be like a bride's nighty, especially since Peru's president was ousted last week and also the price of silver, IMO, is due a drop ( although I do believe the price of silver will keep rising over the coming months)

It's no coincidence the price has dropped on the back of Trumps tariff announcements. I recall the share price dropping in August when the tariffs came in.

Not to worry, I will be buying some more via my ISA and have faith in OXI.
