IMB looks oversold?

Good morning all. Any thoughts on this fund now that the outgoing fund managers will now be running it via another fund but also the fact that holdings have been reduced?

It's actually frustrating but the market its yet to wake up to this company.I have topped up twice this year and can't keep doing so , but will simply continue to hold.

AGM listed for Thursday 04th June.

I had a conversation with my wife about overpaying for shares for our 18 month old daughter's ISA , but somehow I doubt she will complain I over-payed for shares once she has access to the money!!

Does anyone know when this goes ex divi??

I like to this ETF and is gives exposure to the evil Palantir without having to go fully balls deep.

Plenty of positive news and results, yet the share price keeps going backwards like some of the horses I have backed.

China is fooked and Japan may the carry traded unwind forced upon them soon...

KatieD - I think the current price represents an opportunity, although I would add the caveat that I have not added any further on the dip but let my dividends do that for me.

Every time I have bought into this share in the last 6 months the share price has dropped. To say it is frustrating would be an understatement.

UK10Y-GB yield yesterday increased to above 5% and as we speak has increased to 5.22%, which is something to be aware of for the wider economy and not just this REIT. Good luck all!

UK10Y-GB yield increased to over 5% yesterday and today's yield is currently 5.022, and rising, by the looks of it.

I will continue to hold firm with PHP and will reinvest my dividends but the current 10yr Gilt price is something we need to be aware of and more so for the wider economy, and not just this great REIT.

Thanks for this and also fishingardner for the list you posted. I have been looking at Workspace Group ( WKP ) and although I'm not too hot on office space right now, the Reit does a divi yield of 7.52%.

Demand for silver continues to outweigh supply and the fundamentals - despite the fact that the silver price continues to be suppressed by market manipulation - remain intact.

I believe full year results are due on the 16/04 although the companies website is not the most up to date...

My only concern with this REIT is that it holds retail and hospitality properties and, as we know, times are not good for retailers or the hospitality sector.

That said the Reit is trying to focus more into big boxes and logistics. Good luck all and DYOR.
