Well managed to get in at 15.25 for a £1,500 top up. Never got the 10,000 shares I wanted but happy with what I did get. Sit back now and watch things happen. Good luck all
I asked myself the same question last week when one did buy shares on the open market. I’d be very surprised if he did not know how the trial had been progressing. It’s a case of wait and c I think
Well up early today. Logged on and no news at moment which personally suits me as I’ll be looking to do a top up this morning. So much to look forward to here with this share and as the market gets to like what the company is doing and the direction it is being taken by our new leaders well the more we should see an improvement in the current share price. Already confirmed that the company will be moving offices away from the pricey London , running costs dramatically cut it all adds up to a new start. Cash in bank so we don’t have to concern ourselves with the raising of further funding at the moment, current directors buying shares in the open market after also purchasing shares in the recent fund raise ( what do they know to warrant such an action ). The val 201 results or how it’s gone will be known to the directors but until they officially release them then the market can’t react, is this why we have seen the positive moves from one of the directors, it would be great to c more doing the same this week. The Covid link news could drop at any time, there is so much going on at moment Kent. As always do your own research and then make your own decisions. Good luck all for this week. Onwards and upwards
hi all been following all the comments on here all week and its been nice to see all the positivity. As we all know without the val shareholders action group getting together and virtually saving this company we would not be here at all so firstly a big thank you to them . I personally bought in again after the share consolodation, as i felt it was like a new start, after one of the directors recently buying shares on the open market i also then increased my holding. Like a lot of others ive had my fingers burnt to a crisp with this share in the past, but it seems different now with new people running things at the top and actually listening to shareholders. i always say do your own research then you either invest here or look elswhere. Im looking now to invest again on monday morning, reasons being as i really feel val is going somewhere now. The cost cutting by moving to premises away from london is a masterstroke as it sends a message to the market that monies from fund raises will not be wasted as they were in the past . I think it will take a little time for people who may be thinking of investing again to get on to what is starting to happen here , especially if some of those persons have had their fingers burnt in the past. The fact that the sp has increased so much this week will be of interest to a lot of potential investors especially with the covid link. We have news to come in september but other news may arrive before then who knows .Hopefully in the backround the sp will continue to rise as in the grand scheme of things there are not a tremendous amount of shares around. I think market confidence needs to increase, and if last week is anything to go by that is starting to happen. The people who are now running val are like a breath of fresh air, we know that it just needs others to see it as well . At the moment its hard to find a good investment stock out there, with some stocks already risen 300 plus per cent, val i believe represents a good cheap investment at the moment , but will we be saying the same this time next week....i think we may see the upward trend continuing next week as investors catch onto this potential moneymaker . My plan is to stay cool and watch the rise , who know where this companies sp could go to............The people who know the most about what is going on are surely the directors of the company, so would a director throw his money down the drain by buying more shares on the open market having also participated in the recent fund raise i, i think not. be lucky
Hi all. How things have changed with this company, and the changes started when the shareholders action group took some action lol. Yes I have been following events for a while now, the last fundraiser where directors of the company invested themselves I thought was great but after yesterday’s rns , to inform us of even more director buying confirms to me that this investment is getting sounder by the day. As people always say on here do your own research, well I have done mine and that’s why after the confirmation of director buying I bought another 24,000 shares. For me is quite simple the director concerned did not have to buy these shares yesterday, he no doubt has share options, and he got some shares in the recent placement. We did not see such investing when others were running the company, it seems a remarkable transformation is now taking place. Shareholders participation in fund raisers, the QA for shareholders and the speedy dealing of answers back to the people asking the question s. The constant flow of information coming out of this company is very refreshing, but the bottom line for me here is when someone puts their hand in their pocket. There were a lot of buys yesterday afternoon after the news came out, I now feel investor confidence is returning and news like what we recieved yesterday will only enhance this. I thought to myself yesterday if this company was going nowhere, if their products were rubbish would one of the directors be buying more shares..... I don’t think so. So there are my reasons for my share purchase yesterday. Let’s hope the news we are all anticipating comes out soon and justified all the feel great I’d factor which is currently building around this company. Good luck all.
Hi all I don’t post very often but I’ve been following events over the last few months after losing thousands in the past I now just dip in and dip out. I got out the other day at 9.5 and then saw val continue to rise but I banked a profit and overall I was happy. I’ve seen what’s happened today and obviously I was happy to see the drop on a personal basis so I bought back in at 8
pence. Now I want to share my reason with everyone. But firstly I wish to thank the shareholders action group that virtually saved this company , one name that stands out for me is valju. I know there are others but my thanks to you all. I read with interest the rns. An oversubscribed fund raise great news in itself that it is oversubscribed. At least we know now that funding wise the company is in a strong position. The fund raise this time is 7.5 which is higher than the last one so good news again as the company is moving up as is the sp slowly but surely. The other positives for me is the new premises in Nuneaton , getting out of London where financially the rents and costs are higher is in my opinion a master stroke. The directors have also bought shares in this fund raise another good sign, some people may say £5,000 is not much but my attitude to this is a little bit of something Is better than a lot of nothing. In past fundraising if I’m right certain people at the top table did not put their hands in their pockets. Look at susie she was owed money from the company a while ago and took the payment in shares and she now like others participate a in this most recent of fundraisers. To me this shows confidence. Before the fund raising news today everyone was posting very positive stuff. What’s changed now. At least we now have a fund raiser out of the way, the company is in a stronger position. I honestly believe we will now go from strength to strength as anyone who has bought the issue shares at 7.5 will be looking for a decent return or even maybe looking long term. Good luck to all on here keep the faith there is a lot of news to come on this company. Stay safe
hi all . i have been following things here for a while and it seems to me now with the fundraising sorted out the risk with this share is gone. What interested me the most with the rns this morning is that the two names i mention above were both owed £10,000 by the company and they have taken shares as an option to the monies. Now i know this is easy to do with the share price being what it was last week, but they must think its going to rise otherwise they wouldnt have agreed to it. Its now in their own personal interests to get any news out there . be lucky
Was on here a long time ago but still look in now and again. Dipped my toes in earlier today as this one now seems to be going somewhere. I’m only trying to re coup losses, but to anyone who got in at last weeks prices good luck to you all. I would love it to motor big time for the many long term holders on here who are sitting on a lot of losses. Good luck to all
