That's what the biggest problem is here, the lack of transparency. Nick saying one and doing another and hiding bits and pieces. Sooner he is outta the equation the better. As I've said before he got lucky with one throw of the dice with LDP otherwise we would have nothing. That "smart" bit of business seems to be his justification for false and empty promises to his shareholders whilst living the high life

Why no holdings RNS then? From the party who acquired the 97,500,000

Think you may be wrong about Polemos, the amount of shares in issue after our last placing back in November 2015 was 922,857,956. The RNS dated 11th August 2016, states the 93,750,000 investment shares will be added for admission on or around the 17th August, bringing the total amount of shares in issue in the company to 1,016,607,956. This is the current amount of shares in issue according to the companies website, which states "AIM Securities in Issue: 1,016,607,956 ordnary shares of 0.01p each. The difference between 1,016,607,956 and 922,857,956 is exactly 93,750,000. So that says to me Polemos have there shares.

It's more than likely Polemos. Hopefully a holdings RNS will show up soon

Yeah, it's still a bit strange as I thought Beaufort basically held shares for private individuals and surely a group didn't all decide to sell at the same time and if it was just two or three people that held the surely they would have to declare as individuals there holdings in the first place? Plus other than Nicks RNS we haven't had an official RNS confirming GAEA have actually bought in. Other companies get RNS's declaring "major interest in shares" Nick as always dumbs everything good down but goes outta his way to highlight the negatives. He's probably annoyed as GAEA maybe don't want to offer him another NED position

We have to rely on finding this out from each other or scouting or investments every day as Nick doesn't like to tell us anything. I notice someone is jumping ship today. A few chunky sells

Hey Cman, yeah where have these shares come from. Definitely not bought on the open market. Plus where is the official holding RNS? That reduces massively the amount of shares available to us guys. Again we appear to be left in the dark

When did they acquire these shares, are Bruce Rowan and Mike Prentice still holding? Why have GAEA bought into us, just read there website and not following why, perhaps we'll find out sooner rather than later.
