Good point s Billy, for some reason I can't see DCR, being on China's Rader aren't they huge suppliers of metals and minerals, plus dare I say ,dcr 's a bit too low key too much hassle. Too many factions rts.

I was only thinking the other day the only large infrastructure projects would come from India, my concern there they are very difficult to trade with, for want of another word they are more of a closed shop, so not very helpful really. In my opinion we need to lower the price of Electric cars to get the commoditie ball rolling. :)

Terry, if they can pay the rent they can afford a mortgage, building societies and bank need to start a low deposit to no deposit mortgage for existing renters giving renters a chance to eventually own thier own home, which will generate a inheritance for thier kids,......imo.
