It will be sold for more than double the price it is now. If all is approved at the GM then your shares will be transferred to Nadsaaq by Web Share. For you able to buy and sell these shares you will need to complete a form (can't remember what it's called) but the broker will send it to you. Once it's sold your money will be transfered into GBP. Simple Really.

Easy to work it out. Convert the nasdaaq price to GBP. Divide the number of shares by 25. Then times it by the GBP price.

It's probably because the share price now does not really matter if your holding for the transfer to nadsaaq.

Not a problem, but you also did not think they would get 10mil for the assets too. I continue to hold for this reason only. At he current time discussions are ongoing with a number of interested parties (including potential offerors), some of whom are interested in a reverse takeover transaction (which would involve an acquisition of a business or corporate entity in the life sciences sector, where the potential offeror would acquire the benefit of the Company's Nasdaq listing and cash) and others, who are potential offerors, are interested in making a takeover offer for the Company (in order to access the Company's cash). The Directors can confirm that none of the current interested parties (including potential offerors) are interested in entering into a strategic transaction with the Company (which, for potential offerors, may involve a takeover offer for the Company) are seeking to acquire the Assets which are the subject of the Assets Disposal.

Taking in to account the cash burn, the company will have over 19 million in cash by the end of March. Who ever buys the company get 19 million cash, a US Listing and the company's tax benefits. At a 11 mil mcap its a no brainier really.

Exactly 19p in cash returned to shareholders if no sale. There are multiple buyers stated in the update who are interested in the company cash, nasdaaq listing and tax benefits. So 19p minimum. It's taken a while for people to cotton on

Have passed all the resolutions for the general meeting. Just spoke with my broker who said that if it does delist I would need to fill in a form and then my shares will be transferred for trading on nasdaaq. SIMPLES. I think that it will be bought out soon as it's only trading on nadsaaq and that's what I am waiting for.

I like the look of this new investor and having a read through their website. Would not be surprised if they start buying alot more.

I have been trading for many years now and with this one I just cant see any risks. The cash is there and can be re distributed to shareholders

Hi denby. I have set a sale limit for 12p but if it does not hit I am more than happy to wait till May for the next update and thinking min 15p when converted. I am to heavy in here would like to get some out before the transfer to nasdaaq to help pay for my wedding
