Looking for the recent uplift in sp to continue and see 5p before news comes out. That would be a good base to reach pre news. Then its up to the market to value us but my guess would be over 10p for starters.

Regarding the new license 'shortly' the automotive deal has went quiet a bit. Wondering if they are close to signing a deal there and that could be a big one... just in time for a positive outcome from court with an extra 2 joining them ;)

Well said welsh... hence my comment thinking rhere will be a deal done... ok OS thats my opinion but does look favourable in our decision. We shall see anyway. But i do agree with you if it rules in our favour then it sends out a very strong message for all to see... IP is rock solid (if we win both cases)

Closettrader i tried to buy at 3.50p but broker had nothing or 3.60p this morning first quote i got was for 3.68p so took it. There is a shortage around for sure... not that many sellers around at this level. Im guessing there will be a few around 10p ;)

With the recent comments mentioning AXM and MURATA not trying to be sly and use our IP and go to court, with the big money they can throw at lawyer fees and go down that route if they thought they could wangle it, it makes me feel positive for the outcome on both cases. I feel a deal will be made :)

If the deal was done yestersay we would of got an RNS this morning as company cant hold that info back... no RNS... no deal (yet) so we wait until confirmation!!

Hopefully see a slight rise today for people building a position up pre news. Was hard to buy stock yesterday afternoon and im wondering if its the same today

Agreed pascha and also worth noting that it doesnt mention next week or this as a deadline. Expected during august was the term used so could be end of aug or anytime really. But like you say i wouldnt rule out a delay also. If it drops well all singing and this quiet board will be getting a hell of a lot busier with everyone jumping in 5p+ on news day

With the wait that some have had on this share, whats a few more days for an earth shaking RNS!!
