Tough week for us all with the meeting and RNS but I’m fairly optimistic that this will get resolved and we can all laugh about this stress in the followings months. Amigo has jumped over every hurdle so far which I’ve had my doubts they would. This is a big one but pretty much the final hurdle. I almost sold yesterday after chewing the fat from the meeting the previous day but feel different about the company’s future today.
Saying that I’ve had 5 pints so don’t listen to a word I’m saying ;)
Also I’d like to thank all the Naysayers who crop up here like weeds in the dark. Your knowledge and foresight is unfounded .

I’d have preferred deferring a percentage of their salaries over past couple of years. This way there’s more incentive for the BOD to ensure the business is successful to recoup the moneys through future profits. I would’ve thought that would be a fair option.
Good one Fforest, just looking to decide if it’s us, the BOD or or both need a brain.
Gutted with todays meeting, struggling to find a positive in there!! I’m so deep in this sh.t storm now I may as well lose the lot than bail. Sure most of us are in the same boat. Sad day but still a glimmer at the end of this loooooooooong tunnel;)
So the total equity they are looking for is £45M? Assuming pi’s stump up the £15M in the Raise as it’s been suggested many times on this board, I’d assume we would still end up diluted so my question is to those who’ve stated “take up your rights and you’ll have the same stake” am I missing something?
JB??? Have you forgotten why we’re in this position in the first place. Don’t think that would be the best image for this business moving forward although if he’s willing to pick up HIS fine from the FCA ………
PI,’s have the option of tail swallowing for the rights they don’t have the capital to invest. I’m sure for any of us that choose to do this will end up hugely diluted but not as low as 19-1. Voting against the raise wipes is out completely so don’t see your point. I have just shy of 1M shares and if we as Share holders are required to raise the 15m I could probably just about manage it. The other 32m (think it was 47m total but stand corrected) I personally couldn’t afford so would have to ST to cover. Voting against would basically cut our own noses off imo
