Is that your Birdseye view?
But ain't it worth it?
What a great RNS, over 5 years ago i invested in this share and i have watched and read this bb nearly every day over those years and today i and all other LTH get the first of many official announcements that will reward our faith and belief in the company. I have a great big smile on my face today and not a lot is going to wipe it off. We are privileged to be in at the birth of what i believe will be a massive company. Now what am i going to name our new house.
This explains things very clearly.

Excellent response.
OrsonCart, What do you mean 'everyday we drop further back' I think if you look at last week we had a rise or finished flat everyday. We are - 6.25% down at the moment but the day is not over yet, and you fully know that the day % fluctuates until close. Some people have no patients at all and that is not just aimed at you.
So OrsonCart, are you saying that you got sucked in by rampers and believed the so called bull**** and that is why you are so bitter and negative? the fundamentals have never changed just the time lines which sometimes are out of the company's control due to red tape.
We will know the Portland results before moving onto the KL, because 'if' the Portland is proved commercial the Company will immediately apply for a production licence, the wheels will then be in motion so that after the KL results are in the company will hope to go straight into production following the EWT. It's all about a nice smooth transition from testing to production even if the KL tests do not prove commercial.
I agree, the on site tanks have to be part of a contingency plan to enable Ewt to carry on if other problems arise.
Feelinglucky01,Thank you for your explanation, i now understand, but thought that vessels that could hold or carry liquids that give off vapours had to have vent pipes to prevent the build of the vapours and so allow them to vent to atmosphere. My original question was because UKOG's answer to the question states.
One oil road tanker can typically transport around 300 barrels of oil.
ATB.
Feelinglucky1, I can do the maths thank you and it does not come to the same total as the quotation off the UKOG web sight Q&A as to what a typical tanker will hold.so maybe you could go back and read the question again and answer without being a knob. It was only a question
This is straight from the Horses mouth so to speak, and just wondering if we are underestimating the number of barrels being transported in one tanker.
Q. What about transport impacts? Will there be huge numbers of heavy goods vehicles visiting the site to collect the oil?
A. Onshore oil production generally involves low transport impacts. One oil road tanker can typically transport around 300 barrels of oil. Oil production of around 300 barrels of oil per day would therefore only require one visit to the site per day by an oil road tanker. Oil produced in the South of England is typically transported to the Fawley Oil Refinery near Southampton. It may be possible to export the oil by pipeline, as is the case at Wytch Farm, thus removing completely the requirement for road tanker access.
Maybe you should get up off your arse and go and spend a few days down at the site yourself, and while your down their don't forget to post some photo's and vidoe's which have a time and date stamp, otherwise i and others might take your observations with a very large pinch of salt. You really do take the biscuit.
Yes, it is strange as everman and his dog new the size of the one taken off.
Does anyone know what the larger pump capacity is?
Cockernhoe, i find it amazing that with over 2600 you have to ask the question about the relationship between the MC and the share price. What with that many posts i would have thought you would know.
It could not be DL topping up as he as well as all other owners or employees of all the partner companies are in a closed period while the EWT are being carried out.
I have been invested in UKOG since just after it's formation and today is one of those days that i have waited for. Sometimes i have had to clench my buttocks as tight as i could to prevent myself from selling when derampers were having their days of spreading doubt. I have sat, watched, read and digested all the good and bad information about UKOG on this board and along the way have strengthened my belief in the fundamentals of the Company. Today is the real start of the journey to hopefully bring all of you LTH the riches that you so deserve for 'Keeping the Faith'. Over the next few months and even maybe next few years those dreams are about to becoming real. IT'S BEEN A LONG WAIT.
With an empty tanker that carries crude oil you would still have a risk of fire or explosion following an accident or rupture of the skin due to possible residues that remain in the tanker along with the vapours. so the emergency services still need to be informed as to the possible contents.
It does not make sense to me that they would fill all oil tanks before calling for the tankers to start arriving to take it away, would make better sense to fill a couple of holding tanks and then call for tankers, this then allows any oil extraction to continue if there happens to be a delay with the arrival of said tankers due to possible breakdowns or accidents along the arrival route.
