• All transactions were conducted off-exchange or through AIX without violating sanctions restrictions, as the issuer had already become a resident of Kazakhstan by the time of the sales.

• Since the redomiciliation, voting rights and dividend rights for shares repurchased from BlackRock have passed to Solidcore; these securities are held in the company's own treasury portfolio and were cancelled as of August 25, 2025, as confirmed by the AIX Central Securities Depository registry extract No. 45/25 dated August 14, 2025.

You wonder whether the chairman has had to nod to replace him with a non Russian entity. His legacy is dragging the company down and why is he still sending ore to Russia when there are smelting facilities in China and Kazakhstan considering the 50% increase in gold prices the profit margin becomes irrelevant over the legacy threat of sanctions. He does not make life easy for himself or the company its like self harm
