Cawn reads it correctly Investors Relations had an agreement with a broker from the Czech Republic the same country a certain institution PPF is located who owns 3.3% of equity. The broker has access to Astana but and here us the steal. You can only sell Polymetal shares you cannot buy. You can buy any other stock in Astana. Email them.....lol. The real bomb is Polymetal Investors Relations has this bunch of profiles on a group on Telegram they all post to each other. When asked why you cannot buy with this broker from the czech republic. Investors Relations replied ranting you can buy we have spoken to investors who have bought. The following week the company relocated the head of Investor's Relations he's no longer in the role. This is the real funny bit it states on his LinkedIn that he is now in charge of wait for it........drum roll lol....Mergers and acquisitions hahaha ha. What happens to him when the merge is done or they've acquired another its a non roll.....lol

Part of me thinks there's still a strong bond to the Russian assets and the fact they are sending 66% of ore to the split company means there's still trust and partnership there.

An announcement between the two in the future would not be a surprise when sanctions are lifted. You can't find anything out about the old Russian assets it's as if they've disappeared of the face of the planet. Not listed anywhere no mention on the purchases website.

It's as if between the Polymetal London Group and Investor's Relations and Wood and Co have been conspiring to steer private investors to sell and let institutional investors to back the truck up by controlling narrative and debate via the Telegram Groups and by the way there are four Telegram Groups in which Investor's Relations are members or were members of three of them.

It's no wonder the sp keeps falling there are no buyers in book just largest orders en block off book

My take

A joint venture between Solidcore and Polymetal when the dust settles after the war ends later this year....Stranger things happen possibly agreements made prior to the split and sale hence the continued use of the POX when it only saves 50 million in AISC per year. The continued association with Russia for only a 50 million dollar savings and that does not take into account the cost of transit and insurance costs to transport. All in all alot to think about.

Seveli. The Polymetal London group was set up by Polymetal London Investors Relations. How many players Investors Relations have in that group is anyone's guess as I'd guess they can afford a couple of baker's dozen sim cards. The whole back slapping and bigging up the company and the god like figure of Mr Investors Relations himself is somewhat transparent. If the CEO and the board were not aware I'd be shocked as it is clearly turned into a group of profiles whether one individual or a few controlling the narrative. The two administrative profiles wield the axe and come across as the most condescending awful little god like creature's all smug and neither invested in the company pre February 2022. That's if they are real and not Investors Relations in disguise of retail investors

Those profiles have been steering debate, consciously knowing that the conversation would help make minds up and determine investment decisions. This was always about pro company decisions and anything positive to excited or aid the private investors who mostly bought in pre invasion was mocked and scourned.

Now if Investors Relations had any decency they would have distanced themselves and the company from such vile banter but no they he was Mr Investors Relations to help in any sane questions but ignore the stuff which did not suit the company narrative.

Until he slipped up and gave the game away with about what's been going on this last twelve months. His smugness got the better of him after a long rant about leaving Moscow and he stated yes share are being bought by holder's who do not trade from holder's that do trade.

So why volumes are low in Astana as private investors can only sell where institutions and Funds get their orders filled. It's how the Omani fund picked up 27 million shares at a huge discount and didn't disclose buy in price

So now all the private investors are moved along and the big boys backup the trucks. So yes he might have been sacked or just moved to another position as he does live in London so possibly moved on.

This will never be discussed in the Telegram groups and you can see why. It's bordering on non compliance and pays very little attention to regulations hence why they listed in Astana is my guess. To weed out all the $2 private investors buys in large volumes. But where there's money there little respect for being decent and upright. I hope this clarifies what is quite obvious
