RE: Sensible Long Termers..18 Sep 2019 11:09
It isn't over till its over.
6 months capital to run the company and find alternatives. Probably what the BoD should of been doing since the Brexit result, they are stubborn which may also help them over the coming months. The BoD now need to find multiple suitors/ptions to create a race condition as at the moment they have very little leverage as a suitor knows they can drag this out until SXX runs out of cash and becomes even more desperate than they are now.
At 18p you have options in my opinion. But in general you have to consider this share as an AIM stock in terms of investment strategy.
1. Stop looking at the daily SP wait it out for 6 months and it hinges on finance/acquisition to get out something meaningful in 6 months but risk losing the lot. Looking at the SP and this board will drive you insane, almost worth mentally writing the investment off now.
2. Look for what you believe is the low point and average down, you need to bring it down to a point where you believe this could uptick to on a rum our or signs of progress to reduce investment/risk. ie look at getting the average down investment back out if you reach break even at least. Do some spreadsheet models to see if there is one that suits you and your outlook.
3. Cash out at a spike of a low, this will bounce around on rumors and day traders but most likely be a downward trend IMO over the next few months.
I am most likely going to average down again. I have a buy price and size in mind.
