Yup bailiff, that was quite a chunk of shares that a number of tlw employees purchased...doubt it was a gamble with money they had in the "bottom drawer"... More like a shrewd purchased based on what they reckon will transpire over the coming weeks/months as things accelerate with Kenya etc etc

That's a very good point, although somewhat bleak...however i fully expect the potential revenue generated from oil to be what drives policy going forward

See ezj have new route from Manchester to Lapland.. That could be some extra £ with all those parents opting to take the children reindeer and santa spotting this winter rather than stay at home

During Q3 easyJet flew 26.2 million seats,... As taken from the update. It's impossible to please that amount of customers so a few bad reviews on trip advisor is to be expected. I've only ever had positive experiences when flying ezj so it is what it is... Recently attended a function, the venue had a terrible review from a recent customer. Likened the place to fawlty towers, the staff as terrible and the venue itself as run down and in need of major refurb. Guess what, it was fine.

I've tried that, it's not easy... Ended up with 300 less than I initially started with... Was 100 odd up at one point lol

Good info, peanuts in the grand scheme of things.. To be fare the guys at baggage control have an important role to play and should be encouraged with a "slice of the profit pie" if they are only on close to minimum wage

yup, i fully expect it to be resolved pretty soon also. been a ****e few days, first the cancellations, now baggage handlers joining the uk wide strike movement... ezj held up pretty well though overall i suppose. at some point it's going to get back to nearer ore covid levels that's almost a stick on. keep the faith

Yup, never thought about that Bolland...its not just going to effect ezj so chances are that folk will re-book to suit new schedule if possible. Not read all the details but although it covers quite a few flights/passengers I'm hopeful that the majority manage to get their holiday and keep the faith with ezj.

Suppose all ezj can do, is try and minimise disruption by careful planning etc etc along with making sure that customers have full and proper communication explaining the challenges and what they are trying to do so folk can still have their holidays / flights,... I wonder if the business takes out any insurance against such things as atc strikes etc so that it can recoup any monies paid out on compensation?...

If anything I see that as a positive outcome so why your new target I've no idea. Things do go wrong, even with the simplest of technology... They had a problem, it was identified, procedure was followed, plane landed safely before undergoing inspection. From this you can be assured that from the findings from the inspection, all aircraft in the fleet will undergo scrutiny should there be the possibility they might also be at any risk whatsoever.
