It is probably the 'people off the streets' thing. RFX already hit by loss of FX, now losing pawn broker access and gold sellers. Lets face it, all IGR really does is make junk and that won't be a shopping priority for a while.
“While filling the SPR will not materially offset the tidal wave of new supply hitting the global oil market, it makes total sense from a national security and budgetary perspective,” said Bob McNally, founder of consultant Rapidan Energy Group.

"We’re going to fill it right up to the top -- saving the American taxpayer billions and billions of dollars, helping our oil industry,” Trump said on Friday
Typical Trump bs - to help the shale industry he has to buy at around 50 usd, to help the taxpayer he has to buy it as cheap as possible which means he needs to buy it from the Arabs.
The SPR is about 80% full anyway - proposal is for 77B barrels which is about a week's production for Saudi. The last price war initiated by OPEC didn't kill shale, this time it just might because the lender view point has changed.
Apologies, no offence intended. If you are calm then that makes at least two of us.
Yes, hindsight. I have in the back of my mind a US article from a while back that predicted that the rise in PM miners once the general market fall began would only be brief and tha they too would then fall. 160p a few days ago. Ah well........
Please calm down. There are no meaningful government stimuli left and those that have been applied in recent days have been effective. This will bottom where it is going to bottom and then it will rise again. Oil is down, gold is up, CEY share price will recover in good time. I added here yesterday, clearly poor judgement. Bought JSG this morning but it has since fallen a further 7%. It is a corporate laundry so either it was ridiculously overvalued or the economy is never going to reover and corporates won't need their laundry doing in which case we are all finished. Still a reasonable wodge of cash left so now I am going to wait until the market is clearly turning up from wherever the bottom is. GLA
Could you share that next epiphany around perhaps?
Consolation prize: bought 20k back at less than they stopped out at!
Yes, I have been following SLP trades for weeks and it is often down to around 0.7p. Inexperience and a bit of bad luck caught me out this morning. May well get back in cheaper before close.....
Thanks. I figured out that might have been what happened. Annoyingly my trades feed for SLP isn't working for me this morning, when I saw the 15 minute delayed data I logged into my trading account to cancel the stop but it was too late. Another lesson to chalk up.
Hi, please can someone throw some light on why I got stopped out this morning?
Trigger 58.1
Bottom 57.9
Sale price 60.075
As a novice trader I don't understand t how I came to be stopped out 2p higher than my trigger. Guidance appreciated. Yes I know it's a tight stop but still puzzled as to what exactly happened. I am comfortably in profit but would much rather still be holding! Thanks.
Thinking of investing here. Any reasons to be concerned that 67% shares are owned by a single individual?
Always nice to see a broker change of position supported by reasoning!
My average price post all those negative RNS the last two years is still in 3 figures.OK so I am an investing clown however there is nothing funny about being down big in real money. Buyer beware!
Thanks Tiger. Amounts to the same thing for all practical purposes.
Why would the major institutional shareholders just roll over for such a poor deal? Who has the controlling interest? The big institutional shareholders hold 525m or 45% according to Sharepad as of 11th December. Is it that the directors and EMRA hold enough of the rest to have a majority?
If its any consolation I bailed at 274 this morning. I have been very lucky, 28% in 4 weeks.
My reading is that the case will not be struck off.

I have no legal training. DYOR.
Holder at large paper loss.
Takeover offer @ 15.5p
is a 17 bagger. Hurray!
