A quick question guys. H and W large waterfront land holding in the centre of Belfast , do we know if this is freehold or leased?

Not being on price comparison sites must , I presume, lose some market share. Is the business in decline?
If no, to the above, and the divi looks safe, then this yield is tremendous. Is there a catch or is the market mis pricing this share?
