According to the Company results statement at the end of June; a number of conversations have already taken place re the sale of GetVisibility. MFAI has a listed investment of £2.4 m in GetVisibility and would expect any sale valuation to exceed that.

Probably a good time to announce progress on the sale of another investee AI company, Get Visibility, in which MFAI has a large holding.

An announcement re the sale of the above investee company remains up in the air.

If the sale does happen Mindflair, with a large stake, will be rewarded handsomely.

HUD appear to be processing £1m per month , which at £12 m per year is impressive. Hopefully the break even point is close.

I have now lost track of the cash position. It must still represent a significant percentage of the share price.

Markets look forward, and 100 % increase in revenue being processed through lab currently with a further £2m in sales pipeline.

The licensing potential of current projects, is of course of a very sizeable magnitude.

The future royalty potential of work programs with mega cap companies, such as Unilever and AstraZeneca, if they are successful, are whale sized.

Few listed companies offer this potential.

The market cap. Of this cutting edge science outfit would clearly be many, many times greater if listed in the US.

This is a poor reflection on the London stock markets and investing community.

It would be no surprise if FAB is simply snapped up by a foreign listed competitor.
