Driver monitoring systems are likely to become a lot more common in the coming years. The bill requires that within three years, DOT has to study ways to reduce driver distraction and then issue a formal rule, which would likely be a mandate for new cars to be fitted with distraction mitigation systems.

Although the bill does not call out any automaker by name, it specifically calls out "automation complacency by drivers" and "foreseeable misuse of advanced driver assistance systems" as problems that must be minimized or eliminated.

Additionally, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gets $109.7 million a year to conduct "behavioral research on Automated Systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and improving consumer responses to safety recalls."

THE ROLE

This key role encompasses Growth Asset exploration activities across the Northern Territory (Beetaloo), Far West Queensland and Western Australia. I don't see the point of this. Hurricane's share price has fallen for reasons other than the activity of shorting. Indeed the short position on HUR was quite small relative to its market cap. Hurricane's problems started from within the company not from without. Some would argue that shorters highlight the weakness of companies they target thereby sending our warning signals to those current shareholders and those who may be considering buying shares in such a company

Shorting is a consequence of a company's mismanagement not a reason for it. Yes, some shorting exercises are dubious but these are now few and far between

I've had to shift around my holding simply because of personal circumstances. I myself cannot afford to hold any stocks indefinitely. I simply do not have the resources to finance that but I have tried to buy-sell strategically. That strategy now no longer is the way to go with SEE now that is entering its most important phase of company growth
