As Project Manager for Guardian GEN3, you will report to the Program Director - Guardian GEN3 and will lead the Guardian GEN3 project within the Aftermarket Business Unit. You will plan the project, and ensure that outputs are delivered on time, budget, and quality whilst retaining close alignment with project management standards.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.
Outline a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliver project on budget.
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Manage delivery of the project according to plan.
Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Coordinate work to ensure outcomes align with internal and customer requirements
Ensure all relevant documentation is in place and kept up to date
