I would say that's about right. The best order book is buy orders (bid) stacking up on the left side of the book dwarfing sell orders (offer, right side of the book). My L2 reading skills, like you, can sometimes be a tad amateurish

I have always used L2 but gave it up as I found myself over-trading but now I am becoming more convinced I need it. Trading and investing without L2 to perfect timing is like driving blind.

Another broker is greater expense for SEE so the reason to appoint another broker must be to increase market awareness to fund managers who might not be aware of SEE the company. We then have the major issue of Magna's loan to address. Could this JB appointment be in some way related to that issue? Seeking out further equity from parties not yet involved with SEE. Who knows.
