I do not wish to spread rumours but from the what I have heard, he pulled out of alot of stocks.,

To be Frank, with the stock I was in, when he pulled out, I then pulled out because I did not trust the CEO . But sadly he did not announce he was leaving.

It seems the legendary John Story has been selling vast volumes of shares .

First of all he makes massive investments and then sells up, not just here but in other stocks causing a ripple when he leaves.

Just called weather the storm, I believe.

Just received a lovely email from Tim. I must say I am absolutely delighted with the speed of the response.

It still confirms that they' are focus on one opportunity in particular' and they 'anticipate updating shareholder in due course '.

So nothing changed from the RNS, except extremely good communications

I emailed the company today, asking if the focus of the business opportunity that they expressed in their RNS is still current.

It's probably abit early considering it was only announced 8 days ago. However, I did ask if they would be announcing it as soon as the acquisition was completed.

First of all, I am grateful to RKBeekeper for all his research......wouldn't be here otherwise......Big thank you .

The positive signs for me is when a company starts/has purchased all its deferred shares back...

That gives me the impression something exciting will happen, because there is a plan to increase profits and limit liabilities.

Also the low share price at present, is fantastic but not overall happy with the amount of shares in circulation ( but can't have everything).

In regards to the share price, the company bought back all its deferred shares was that part of agreement/strategy?

Unfortunately, it's a difficult question to answer. Only the BoD will know that, maybe they will answer it after their next announcement.

I personally think no, not yet .

I think with expectations and my exposure to this share, I m excited. There of course two paths for this share to take but hopefully both exciting as each other.

Just a it of additional information on my last post reference the above heading. Teachers are now testing themselves everyday, instead of two days.

Whole school years are being sent home.

I believe with the variants of this virus and the new mutants to come testing will be a part of out future , which makes this stock priceless .

Hi, I live in the south and I am just watching the pandemic wiping through a community.

This third wave will bad and the only prevention is distance,masks,cleanse and testing.

The only way we will beat the pandemic is by testing
