OK, the SOA got refused by the court and the FCA at the last hour did not support the application.
My thoughts were this was plan A ( all or nothing) if you like a shotgun wedding and the QC looked for discrepancies and found a few.
It's not bad news, just a little disappointing but it was hard ball.
The good points was the FCA had to put in writing its objections, now GJ & the Bournemouth Posse have something to work to either bypass or address.
It is totally awesome he has chosen to engage a working group of customers to engage with, that's what you call panache.
It will be more difficult for customers, claiments , fca and the QC on the second time round to decline the offer.
