OK, the SOA got refused by the court and the FCA at the last hour did not support the application.

My thoughts were this was plan A ( all or nothing) if you like a shotgun wedding and the QC looked for discrepancies and found a few.

It's not bad news, just a little disappointing but it was hard ball.

The good points was the FCA had to put in writing its objections, now GJ & the Bournemouth Posse have something to work to either bypass or address.

It is totally awesome he has chosen to engage a working group of customers to engage with, that's what you call panache.

It will be more difficult for customers, claiments , fca and the QC on the second time round to decline the offer.

Further more , the problem with boards information is inserted and then somewhere along the line it becomes gospel.

These have to be challenged, no matter what.

E.G Jimmyg56 stated the shareholders have to feel the pain........the fca report does not say that.

Problem with boards is that you have a few serious investors , investors then mms agents and I suppose people trying to deflat the sp to a desirable price.

Although it's good to research a companyby using reviews, companies House, final accounts but the best way to have a good indication is research the CEO he is the driving force, he is the guy who will succeed or fail no one else.

I have no doubts that they came out of that court case seething. I have also no doubts that the whole posse has doubled down, ensuring there be no mistakes on the avenue they are taking.

In regards to amigo , I am not betting on Amigo, I m betting on Gary Jennison and the Bournemouth Posse to get us over the line .....let's face it,our Gary is just over flowing with innovation:)

@george you are missing the main points .

Gary Jennison and the Bournemouth posse have invested alot of money in share purchases.

Gary Jennison has rescued 3 other financial companies this will be his fourth ( if successful)

GJ and the Bournemouth posse will get alot of money (7 million ish) if successful.

For GJ this is more about legacy , protecting jobs and accomplishments.

Amigo will succeed because GJ & the Bournemouth posse will endeavour to do so.
