I see the AGM now announced for Dec, had a flick through the latest annual report, and two statements caught my eye.

"the customer also deciding to engage in, and fund, a co-innovation partnership with us for the development of next-generation technology, including AI elements, to enhance our platform." - FUND is important here I think.

"We have also been working closely with teams from Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI as we embed generative AI into our solution."

Seems to be the general view that the "customer" is Amazon, if that is true, backed by Microsoft underlying tech, I wonder why this isn't getting the level of attention it perhaps should amongst the investor community.

Hoping for some more clarity at the AGM.

True, but still plenty of room out there for who took part in the placing. I still reckon there is about 25-30 million shares not accounted for in the drop of TR1s, which by my maths is circa 75% of the total placing and retail and approx 40% of the total issued shares post Chairman subscription.

I wonder if there are some surprise names to come as holders. Time will tell.

Strange to see Cantor Fitzgerald buy in, and then for RDT to issue a TR-1 a post market close, knowing that at the next opening bell the admission of placing shares will dilute them back below the threshold. I wonder what prompted them to notify.

Agree, the focus should be on this statement which is the forward looking piece.

"There are currently two workover rigs in the field, and two of the six planned workovers are now complete, with the remainder expected to be complete by the end of September 2024. The target of these first six workovers is to increase field production by 38 bopd, net to NTOG"

Will be interesting to see what AET say on this, as I understood they were also a preferred bidder for these onshore blocks.

Not just me then. The bit about the two biggest shareholders being unable to cast their AGM votes because of some clerical mixup just sounded pretty bizarre. New to all this, but hmmm springs to mind.
