He will not be leaving the company. Non Execs earn between 5k &10k per annum, that is not nearly enough for him to live on!!

Yes they are at the moment. Trouble is they have a very small income stream and a very expensive BOD. They will need further fundraising within 9 months, and hope that all their gullible PI's will come to the rescue and average down a little more. The institutions will walk away.
