Nice. Now the arbitration tribunal is currently deliberating on the draft award,, which is due anytime, will they announce compensation details at the same time if it goes in favour of Ast ?. The fact the case has got this far must give them a good chance of success. Or maybe rose tinted glasses on

If the total claim is for €600 million and Ascent are due 41% of any awards even if they received 10% of this it would be around £20million to Ascent. That would hopefully see my 1p average well in profit.

I remember this from the Henderson days. Average just over 1p but with the settlement due am hopeful. Had all but written them off tbh
