I could see pension funds sniffing around this model if it proves itself a good regular earner. The last 3 years I have been putting all my pension into a small Scottish widows natural resources fund, only valued around 15mill when oil was 30$ a barrel now around 40 million and i am about 65% up, was higher but continuing buying now. What I am trying to say is these funds are always looking at opportunities for regular income with realtively solid assets.

I have been finding it hard to get any detailed information on the company apart from companies house really. Done my research but had to chase directors information and a accounts etc.

I do also think if they had done this model in 2010 to 2014, when properties where cheaper, returns would now be fantastic and the company worth many multiples of today.

Any sellers in the range of .45 to 0.5p are gone now imo. Even without news short term this will climb as the dead line to buy gets nearer and news more probable. 0.5p will be the new base very soon as there's not many shares available sub 0.5p, maybe even 0.6p (apologies that could be ramping!, how dare i). Come on BOD sign the deal to buy and show us the position/deal with the institutions. To me it's all about the mcap now, £1.5mill, compared to what it could be worth (obviously comes with risk as nothings certain) if their model and figures work and they build a growing business. That's why I think 5mill if all goes ok. If larger investments are made, as promsed, i will re adjust my expectations. All imo of course
