Too be honest the 2 month extension I thought was based on the Oct 12 RNS. Tomorrow or next week doesn't really matter as long as the deal is complete. Then the fun will start, this 1mill mcap is a joke

Someone has got a very good entry price plus cleared out the stock sub .4. I wonder what confirmation of 5mill housing portfolio will do then couple that it with future plans. Sell or take the income will adjust a 1mill mcap. No debt, niche model, institutions sniffing around, low shares in circ and a model that can be repeated nationally.

The initial news of the 4 month buy option was released on 12 October, so an additional 2 months would make it around the 12th April.

The fact is no one really knows just speculation at present. I cant imagine GW will want to loose money and the company still have options. It's annoying but that's life and out of our control so sitting and awaiting further news. Not hearing clear plans as yet is my main worry but still optimistic

Prefer them to complete the deal properly and release the news with no ambiguity. Not long now that's for sure and coming off a mcap of ca1mill there's plenty of upside

As they have now selected one association it is in all parties best interests to conclude the deal. They really need the social housing badly

With the mcap just over a milion i don't blame ya. Got a couple of million now so ready to see their deals and more importantly plans for the future. 3 to 5 million mcap when they prove the concept.

Not much more patience required now future. Let's get the housing built and leased then repeat.

The fact they are now in talks with only one association says it all and once they prove this model then the fun will really start. Theirs not a price target of 2.3p for no reason. If deals are executed with institutions then this measly mcap of 1 millionw will become 3 to 4 imo
