1) ANGS hedged their initial 51% ownership (70% of that at hedge priced and 30% of that at full therm price )
2) ANGS bought the remaining 49% ownership of field (so 100% of that at full therm price )

People just say build more houses , u dont just plop houses down - u need infrastucture to support it funny enough . such as surgeries , schools , hospitals , sewer and water supply to support it . But this latter infrastucture is never considered by any parties just houses .
