The problem is morocco is if the stock is targeted by AIM to naked short... continually... the value of Angus will remain very very low... until Angus get that oil sold and money added to the company balance books.
This has to happen before the company requires requires further money... which it can only do by diluting the stock at a artificially suppressed share price... like Lenigas was suggesting AIM is broken... which is a professional way of saying AIM is corrupt.
... the day 3000 bpod was released on a penny stock... and the SP finished on a Red Day... i.e. the market valuation was less than before the news was released.
You will learn so much about the AIM Casino... and how it BOOMS when you least expect it.
It also explains that the drop from 37p down to 16p initially... due to Lidsey flow rate... was just a market manipulation to scare holders into mass selling.
The market can make up any price they wish - irrespective of news.
The only advantage an investor has is "Time". Play your games all you wish... it won't make a difference to those who have the benefit of Time.
The premise being that if the share price remains static on an RNS that indicates 3000 bopd... then PI's will believe that it will never rerate - so will sell. Have seen this happen before.
Patience is key. Fantastic news.... following the positive developments... and not the Share Price.
I think you missed my point slightly. If they find gas... as they did in SOU... No matter what games the market plays it can't stop the eventual rise. The luck part is IF they find gas.
What i find is a lot of people sell based on sentiment and short term share price... before discovering if a drill bit has struck. Then they scramble back in at a much higher entry point.
My advice would be to read the posts on the SOU board prior to the big rise to MCAP status... you will find plenty of similarities... stock being held back etc... but they couldn't hold it back forever.
DYOR as they say... don't let the market influence your judgement... but also depends on a whole lot of LUCK. That's oil and gas for you though.
I cannot see how LK can do anything about day traders. If he wants a degree of stability in the share price he needs to leave AIM... to reduce volatility effects.
