I suppose group growth/ cashflow/ roce etc can be maintained whilst selling an underperforming country, legal or economic entity across VODs global, regional and local footprint.
VOD seem to be pushing for 3 market participants in Europe with the economic advantages of Vantage spread over 10 countries. Room for a deal here?
The VOD brand is valuable in its own right and African countries set to grow partnerships and subscribers, any one of which could spark interest and, in the meantime, adding to Vodacom.
India now has room for an additional investor, so part sale of interest possible.
Feels like incremental smaller opportunities than big bang whilst sweating the group underlying performance imo
