Not at all E_AL But I don't believe that those shares were give to an institutional investor to hold onto, they were paid 150K to take and sell them on. The wording in the RNS is such that it enables the company to sell the shares while missing out some expensive red tape. Now I read that somewhere the last time they raised funds but now can't find it. sorry. The companies that take on placings sell them on, it's their task in life not to speculate further with them.
If for example some institution had taken them on with a view to waiting, a TR1 would have been required for having just over 5%
