I bought 800 of these for £2k back in June, half thinking I might have missed the bus even at a meagre 2.50 each.
I jokingly said to the wife I'd sell them when they got to 12.50 a share.....could today be the day, and should I sell or hold?
@latpulldown, re your comment on a buying cap, whats going on there? I tried to buy back in at 236.5 but couldn't get a quote on more than about 750 units so didn't bother.
Yep, one of their 5 regional HQ's is in Lagos and a lot of their revenue comes from that part of the world. Thinking netw will be on the shopping list tomorrow
I saw your post this morning and thought I'd have a punt but with zero research I only chucked £1k at it, but still, its up about 14% from there and 14% of 1k is still better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!
I've got a pot of mainstream, lower risk stocks including some fossil fuel majors but TLW first venture into higher risk oil. Did a lot of reading up first on assets, company history etc, and not in balls deep!
Positive so far
As someone who is relatively new to investing in the market, and only recently in this stock (16p avge) and doesn't have the in depth knowledge of the oil & gas sector that a lot of you folks do, where do you foresee TLW going?
Is this something that's set for a short, sharp rise or is it a longer term thing?
TIA
@DStrat1274 can't sell the lot, I bought bulk of what I have at 24p+ but if I sell the ones I picked up at 18.5......FFS I've not got a Sc00by what to do...
